Position Requirements:
Prior experience of over one year in IPQC within an electronics factory is preferred (training provided for inexperienced candidates).
Understanding of the Seven Basic Tools of Quality and product inspection processes.
Minimum education: junior high school; ability to adapt to two-shift schedules and working in a cleanroom environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Patient, responsible, meticulous, and rigorous.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform incoming quality inspection according to established product inspection procedures and standards.
Identify and segregate conforming and non-conforming products.
Issue quality abnormality reports for non-conforming products and track corrective actions.
Maintain accurate quality inspection records.
